Help Keep The Flower Kingdom - Support KGRL

Since the station does not make any money from any kind of advertisements that pollutes the airwave, KGRL needs a way to help lessen the cost of maintaining the stream and web hosting servers. The high quality playlist and website content, along with the exclusive materials the artists provide the station with, is already a given. All the materials the station offers are nothing but a labor of love.

Donations are NOT required to avail of our streams, but will definitely make a world of difference in helping us afford the bills we have to pay. ANY amount is greatly appreciated. Your donations will help us insure a realistic way of keeping the station on air, as we pay not only for the servers but for the license as well. Donate as much as how you feel the station is worth to you. If you feel like we've been bringing you music no other place offers, please support us to help us continue with our services.

I'm sure you are all familiar by now with the Flower-Powered Artist of the Month section... But have you ever wanted to watch the wonderful videos we taped in your own home theater through your DVD and high-definition players? Problem solved! We are now giving our flower-powered donors the option to request a DVD copy in either DVD-video quality format or High-Definition video format (requires a high-definition player), both in DVD, of the FPA videos. The KGRL-shot FPA videos are recorded in full 1080 high-definition via the new KGRL camcorder - Sony HDR-FX1000 (Sony HDR-SR11 - used for recordings prior to November 2009). How about the audio? The audio used to recorded via our Zoom H2, that can record at 24bit/96KHz wav. But since November 2009, we started renting out a real recording studio. And yes, that includes a bonafide sound engineer working with us to insure high-quality audio.

Who qualifies? Those who donate from $10 and up in either recurring or one-time donations
(plus shipping fees - read below).

What do you need to do? Just e-mail a DVD request to mysty [at] kgrl.fm (cut and paste but remove spaces) and cover the shipping (USPS Priority Mail Service: $5 for US, $10 for Canada and Mexico, and $12 for International shipping). You can cover the shipping via the one-time donation paypal page.

We can only send one dvd for every donation. This works out best with the recurring donors as the FPA is a monthly feature. Although, you have the option to request past FPA DVDs as well.

The videos will be burned into a regular blank DVD and will be housed in a paper jacket (sorry, no cases). These DVDs are NOT for sale here or anywhere else. The production of these videos is cutting into our already-tight budget. We are hoping for this to stimulate the flowerites into helping out the station. KGRL exists because of YOU, as we are totally listener-supported.

You can also donate via Paypal in recurring basis for as little as $5 a month up to $20. This will greatly help the station afford the monthly bills. Please consider signing up for a recurrent donation as this is the best way we can cover our expenses. KGRL is committed in bringing only the freshest and the best in female fronted music, music that is often hard to find.
